Floriculture Center, Munnar
The Floriculture center is located around 2 kms outside Munnar town. The Kerala forest division maintained garden is on the slope of a hill. We visited there as our last stop on that side. I suggest you to visit spot at the end. Then you can enjoy the beauty of various natural and exotic flowers, cactus, fruits etc without any thoughts of visiting the next spot. This is an awesome place for flower photography and remember to pick up a good camera!
Entry fee: Rs 10 per person
Still camera: Rs 20
Video camera: Rs 50
Timings: Most probably official time – 10 am to 5 pm
Plants and seeds are on sale here. Also, for information there is a toilet.
