Phoenix MarketCity is a chain of malls developed and run by Island Star Malls Developer Pvt Ltd through the holding company Phoenix Mills Ltd. The first Phoenix MarketCity was started in Mumbai and then they had expanded to Pune, Bangalore and Chennai. It came into being in Bangalore around 2010 – 11. It is the 5th largest mall in India in terms of area. It features over 270 stores, 4DX cinema multiples, premium and international brands like H&M, Saphora, Swaroski, etc. A good food court, pubs, amphitheater, weekend live music, flea huts on the ground floor. It is one of the poplar shopping and weekend destination in Bangalore.
